Objectives:
- To build the capacity of farmer by providing knowledge on sustainable agriculture through technical training.
- To encourage farmers to use natural resources and low external input to get more income for their families.
- To be able disseminate information and technique on sustainable agriculture to the others.

GENDER

Is a manual with the illustrations on some Gender Concepts for internal use. This manual help both the facilitators and the communities in teaching and in understanding based on a chinese saying "Hearing a thousand times is not equal to seeing a one time"

- The "Gender Policy at Organization and Program level
- The gender magazine "Gender and Development" Padek published in March 2001 with 52 pages in khmer. The Magazine contained various issues: articles advocate against violence against women, articles on Gender and culture & religion and Good gender Practices in the Padek Integrated Community development (PICDM).
- The gender magazine "Informing to Empower" Padek published in March 2002 with 60 pages contained also various articles for the knowledge of the readers to combat violence and discrimination in the wged employment, on the initiatives of women candidates on communes development and the positive impact of mainstreaming gender into the development interventions.
